Strength & Conditioning

Monthly strength & conditioning programs are a great option for multiple levels of athletes who have the drive & determination to train on their own but need someone to point them in the right direction.  Monthly training programs can include weight training, conditioning/fitness training, &/or speed training.  In order to best tailor the training to your specific needs/goals we will be sure to have a phone conversation or email correspdonance to discuss what you are seeking in a program.  Whether you are someone looking for a simple program to get you moving or you are an elite level athlete looking to make serious gains in your sport, I would be thrilled to devise an individualized program to help you meet your goals.

BASIC STRENGTH PROGRAMS

Includes 1 month of strength, conditioning, and/or speed program & emailed correspondences.

 

Pricing: $100/month  or $275/3 months

IN-PERSON ASSESSMENTS OR CONSULTS

This option can be utilized for athletes seeking one on one time in the gym.  Their strength program can be demonstrated in-person.  This time may also be used to correct movement patterns or learn new exercises.

Availability dependent upon location

 

Pricing: $50/hour

 

VIDEO ASSESSMENTS OR CONSULTS

This option can be utilized for athletes seeking one on one time but are at a location that is not conducive to            working in-person.  Movements may be assessed via video recording by the athlete.  Programs may be demonstrated via video recordings by the strength & conditioning professional.

                 

Pricing: $30/hour

 

PLYOMETRIC TRAINING PROGRAM

This option can be utilized for athletes seeking improvements in speed and/or power via a plyometric only routine.  Programs can vary in length to meet the needs of the athlete and timeline to specific competition.

Pricing: Varies depending on length & intensity of the program

 

PACKAGES

· Package 1:  3 months of Basic strength program= $275 (savings of $25)

· Package 2:  Basic strength program + 3 hours of video assessments= $175 (savings of $15)

· Package 3:  Basic strength program + 5 hours of video assessments= $220 (savings of $30)

· Package 4:  Basic strength program + 3 hours of in-person assessments= $225 (savings of $25)

· Package 5:  3 months of Basic strength program + 9 hours of video assessments= $530 (savings of $40)
